YOUR 17-MINUTE-PER-DAY CHALLENGE

17 minutes a day to a better financial life

Good money habits drive financial success.  Survey after survey reports that Americans of all ages have poor money skills and low levels of personal finance knowledge. In fact, most people spend just over two minutes per day managing their financial lives, and consult Tik-Tok, YouTube and other social media outlets for money questions. At the same time, these households have just experienced a once-in-a-century pandemic that has reset how they value and approach money.

As I wrote in my new book, Good Money Habits in 17 Minutes Per Day, now is the perfect opportunity for time-constrained individuals to improve their money skills and knowledge. Here are useful resources, websites and publications you can use to learn more about the FinancialVerse.

Your 17-Minute-Per-Day Challenge

The key for you to improve your financial knowledge is to spend the 17 minutes per day or 2 hours each week on improvement. Select a few websites to subscribe to and three or four podcasts to listen to each week. My advice is to develop a routine and stick to it. Taking in a steady diet of good financial information will allow you to improve your financial knowledge and assist you in making better financial decisions.
